The initiative has selected young &#8220;ambassadors&#8221; from over 70 countries to strengthen youth skills on climate and energy issues, leveraging the power of peer-to-peer learning to spread knowledge on the challenges and solutions for a sustainable future. In particular, in Egypt, a training program called &#8220;<strong>VOCA-TECH for Youth: Renewable Energy for a Just Transition<\/strong>&#8221; will be developed, in selected technical-scientific institutes, to begin with. The program aims to enable young people pursuing technical training in Egypt to participate in the clean energy transition. Young people are leading the design and implementation of the program, reinforcing the concept &#8220;by young people for young people.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The event was included in the EU-Egypt Research and Innovation Week and is part of the series of events celebrating 50 years of scientific and technological cooperation between Italy and Egypt.
