Attualmente non ci sono prove che il cibo sia fonte o via di trasmissione probabile del virus (www.efsa.europa.eu/en/news/coronavirus-no-evidence-food-source-or-transmission-route). Ogni discriminazione verso prodotti enogastronomici è priva di fondamento scientifico e inaccettabile.
