The first 2026 school-based training course, was implemented at the Don Bosco Institute in Cairo from February 5th to 14th, for a total of 30 hours. The initiative involved 250 students for an orientation on the fundamentals of renewable energy, and 50 students from third and fourth grades for a training and laboratory module, with a 17% female representation.
The course focused on building foundations, understanding climate challenges, energy systems, and the role of technical skills in the green transition, including the application of the Internet of Things (IoT), transforming knowledge into community solutions through prototypes, hands-on work, and teamwork.
